TMC South Luzon employees listened attentively, participated actively and gained knowledge and skills from the winner of The Apprentice Asia’s winner and now a global motivational speaker, Jonathan Yabut, in a three-part Human Capital Management training program composed of topics, such as “Work Smart not Just Hard”, “The Psychology of Marketing and Selling”, and “Advanced Customer Service Management on Chat and E-Mail”. This was held the whole afternoon of May 23, 2024.
With more than a hundred attendees from Ancillary, Nursing, Marketing and Sales, and other Administrative Departments, the training focused on the following:
- Boosting daily work and personal productivity. The audience must be able to differentiate efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness clearly.
- Strategies and techniques in influencing customer decisions and building self-confidence by believing in one’s strengths and capabilities.
- Effective use of omnichannel communication and advanced customer service management on chat and email
During the opening remarks, President and CEO Dr. Cesar Ramon G. Espiritu recalled the challenges and learnings that TMC South Luzon experienced during the pandemic period that paved the way for TMC South Luzon’s progress. He emphasized the importance of working together and efficiently so employees can have work-life balance; the role of each employee in marketing and selling TMC South Luzon’s services and reaching out to the clients via social media.
Mr. Yabut’s skills in combining the learning session with icebreakers, games, and audience participation made the training interesting, engaging, and a delightful experience. The audience rated the training with the highest rating of five (5) or Excellent based on the post-training survey conducted at the end of the program.
